Golden Crest Residences - House Rules

The following guidelines ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all our guests. By staying at Golden Crest Residences, you agree to abide by these rules.

 

Guest Information:
- To ensure a  smooth check-in process, all required details must be submitted to avoid delays.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. Meetings can be conducted in the receptop.

 

ID Proof Requirement:
  - Foreign Travelers: Passport with valid Visa.
  - Domestic Travelers: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel as per government regulations. A penalty of ₹5000 will be imposed for violations. Please check with reception for designated smoking areas.

Check-in & Check-out Policy:
    - Check-in Time: 2:00 PM  |  Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
    - Late check-out requests:
    - Until 6:00 PM – Charged at half the daily tariff.
    - After 6:00 PM – Full-day charge applies.
 

Payment & Liability:
- In case of default in payment, the management has the right to retain the guest’s belongings and auction them to recover outstanding dues.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest belongings.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
- Storing hazardous or combustible materials (cinema films, chemicals, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

 

General Rules & Conduct:
- Security: Guests must lock their rooms when leaving and avoid leaving keys in the key slot.
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry or request any guest to vacate the premises without prior notice or explanation.
- This agreement does not grant any tenancy rights to guests.
- Guests must comply with all government regulations regarding registration, alcohol consumption, and firearms.
- Outside food and liquor are not allowed inside the premises.

 

Children & Pets Policy:
- Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged  7 and above are considered adults.
- Extra bed can be provided at an additional cost of ₹500 per person, per night.
- Pets are not allowed within hotel premises. Guests must arrange for pet accommodations outside the property.

Additional Services:
- Travel Desk Assistance (Office/Airport Pickup & Drop) must be requested at least 3 hours in advance.

 

Legal & Amendments:
- The management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes are subject to Madikeri, Kodagu jurisdiction.
